A biotin deficiency doesn’t occur very often, but not getting enough can leave your hair and skin in less than optimal condition,Hair supplements like biotin, zn ,calcium penthonate,PABA,mg,selinium... all are important. Along with what are the other reasons for the hair fall is also important... wether its chronic telogen effluvium or pattern badness you need to check it out. Need not to be  depend on  only oral supplements with tablets, maximum 6 months its enough..you can manage with nutrition/diet containing -Eggs-are a good source of protien & biotin, Almonds, nuts &legumnes , whole grains also are also good source. There is no side effects are there for longtime, but still as mentioned above there are lot of nutritions available naturally u can utilize them for healthy skin , hair & nail.
Next Steps
check your CBC,S.vitamin B12 level,s.ferritin level,s.vitamin D level,T3,T4,TSH level...to evaluate what are the other causes for hair loss...& other problems
Health Tips
