Hairloss male
Hi, im 21. Im facing male pattern baldness/androgenic alopecia. Doctors have adviced me minoxidil. It is said that minoxidil should be applied as long as you want to stop hair fall. But I cant apply minoxidil forever. Moreover, family wont alllow me to go for mesotherapy, prp, or a transplant. Is there any other concrete/proven/lasting solution for hairfall? Be it yoga, ayurveda or anything.

Well, other than Minoxidil (for indefinite usage) and Finasteride, there are hardly any proven medications for MPB. All others including PRP, Yoga, Exercise and diet are supportive. You have to make a choice after studying all facts. Please go through this link to understand better . https://www.aad.org/public/diseases/hair-and-scalp-problems/hair-loss
