Hairloss and Dandruff + Dry Hair

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am having persistent problem of dandruff from last 3-4 years. Also experiencing hairloss and dry hair from last 1 year. Little bit of itching too sometimes. What should be my hair routine and which shampoo, conditioner and oil would you recommend for me? Thanks in advance :)
