Hairfall since last 1 month

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have very thick and dense hair but since last 1 month i have been going through this terrible hairfall. I thave tried this indulekha oil which claims to be the best oil in the market for the same concern but nothing has really happened. Infact it has gone worse and now the situation is i am loosing thickness of hair.
