Hi.. first of all do not stress. The more you stress , there will be more hair fall. Shedding of 100 hairs per day is normal. If more, then it calls for concern. I need to know a few details to suggest you any particular regime. But overall what you can do is get your thyroid and serum ferritin levels checked. Sometimes underlying causes result in hair fall. If you had recently suffered from any illness that might very well be the reason for your hair fall. Check if you have dandruff. If present consult dermatologist for treatment. Use a gentle hair cleanser such as Mildy shampoo and then follow with a ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly. If hair fall persists you can go for peptide solutions or topical minoxidil as per your doctor’s advise.
Next Steps
consult a dermatologist to evaluate the cause of your hair thinning and then proceed with the treatment as directed
