Hi im seema and im having really big issue of hairfall everday the quantity of hairfall is increasing and also im getting some kind of patches on my head  and also im havi alot of dandruff in my head and also having alot of grey hairs pls tell wht should i do or any medicine should i take pls help 🙏🏻🙏🏻
