A very severe hairfall in 40% of the head. Almost from 3 years but had become more severe now a days. Smelly hair and chunks of white patches of dandruff in the frontier portion had made scalp too weak to hold hair.

Hi.. looks like you have multiple problems. One may be seborrhoeic dermatitis / psoriasis - because of which you have flaky scalp.
Usually you will not have hairloss unless your roots are week. Hairloss treatment takes at least takes 6 months to improve.
Better consult a dermatologist / Trichologist to get your problem diagnosed. Then proceed further
