Hairfall from front head

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have pcos and have lost a lot of hair from the front portion. The consulted gyno suggested I should lose weight. I was 68 but now I am 55kg and exercise for at least 3 days a week and restrict my diet also. But suddenly after 2years of being diagnosed with pcos I suddenly suffered hair loss from the same front part although the intensity was less than the previous one. I don't take any medication for pcos and the hairfall associated with the disease is alarming and unpredictable. Please suggest me something so that in future I can prevent such hair loss & cure the loss I suffered recently . Many Thanks.
