Hairfall due to helmet
Does usage of helmet causes hairfall? as it creates sweat and doesn't allow much air. How to overcome this problem ??

hello, yes prolong use of helmet does cause hair fall indirectly, as it promotes the growth of fungal infections on the scalp, tight fitting helmets may cause tractional alopecia. would suggest to use a clean cloth or a skull cap before wearing the helmet and it has to be washed every day and must be kept dry. would suggest you to wash your hair daily and shampoo 3 times a week. Never wear a helmet on wet hair
