Hairfall-27 year old female
I have itching on scalp....and facing hairfall for past 2-3 months...drandruff is there..:doctor gave me sebowash shampoo and tressglow tablets...i used it for one month still hairfall is there...would i have to eat steroids as doc was suggesting

If it is inflammatory then u may need steroids but it depends on the type of lesions. Short course steroids under supervision wont cause much of a problem. U will have to b sure u dont have Sebo Psoriasis which looks similar to dandruff. Medications will defer for the same. Consult a Dermatologist.
