Hair wash frequency
Hello,
I am a 30 year old asian man & my doctor has recommended me 5% Minoxidil twice a day for thinning hair. Currently I am working from home & have limited outside activity, my question is how often do I need to wash my hair while using minoxidil ? I have super short hair cut (buzzcut) and the doctor told me twice a week should be fine but I wanted to get a second opinion as many online forums advise to wash daily or min 3 times a week. Also I use Nizoral as my shampoo so if I need to increase my washing frequency do I use Nizoral once a week & use a normal shampoo for other times ? And inputs would be really appreciated

Washing the scalp is a personal preference to keep it clean. Since you have short hair, you can wash it daily or even alternate days. You can use Nizaral shampoo for every wash
