Hi. Greetings. Yes hair transplantation is a permanent solution to full in gaps of decreased hair density or for treatment of bald patches. The methods of doing surgery include fue method and fut or strip method. Both are good and effective and have their own advantages. Would need you to come down for a consultation and examination to assess your density in donor and recepient area and best method of transplantation for you.
