Hair transplant is a surgical procedure and should be done by qualified expert. there are many chains run by quacks so don't get misled in an attempt to save money on procedure as hair transplant is a one time option and need to be done effectively. I don't know anyone in patna. But if you have to go to a different city for a few days for a procedure that it worth the effort as it is a one time thing. Hope this is helpful.
