Hair thining no growth
I am doing exercise since 1year and now from last 1 or two months my hair is falling a lot and no growth of hair and also my hair become so thin please recommend what to do

Hi...from what you describe, it sounds like you have telogen effluvium...or chronic lifestyle induced hair fall. This is the most common malady affecting women in India. Treatment involves medications to stop the hair fall and then grow hair. Thinning occurs because the hair fall is more and faster than the rate of growth. I suggest a change of lifestyle to help with this.
