I am a 21 year old student, studying here in Hyderabad, and the water really dosent suit my hair, due to which I have a lot of hairfall and receding hairline. Is it okay to take hair supplements for a while in that case, and if yes then what is suggestable?

Hi,if your hairfall is too much and bothering you ,you can start hair supplements containing biotin,calcium pantothenate,vitamins and minerals. If you sweat alot you should wash your hair every alternate day. Use warm coconut oil with 1capsule of  cap.evion(vitamin e)in it to massage your scalp.

Get your iron level,vitamin B12 and vitamin D check.If you have symptoms of hormonal imbalance you can get checked that also.
