Hair Problem - I Am Loosing My Hairs From Last 2 Years And

I am loosing my hairs from last 2 years and having dandruff problem as well. I ha ve tried every oil but not working on m. What do you suggest. Should i go for hair transplant ? Or try some others things. Kindly suggest.
