My wife, 25 years old has lost some hairs on her head slightly above right ear and now their is a patch of about an inch. Any assistance will be highly overwhelmed.

It is alopecia areata, apply tacrolimus 0.1 twice daily for the affected area for about a month it will gradually settle down.
