Hair loss since 2011

So since 2011 when I moved to Pune from my hometown am having this hair loss problem consulted so many doctors but no improvement so one of my frnd told me that you can get the injection on scalp which can improve the hair growth So I am looking for a doctor who can help me with this and so is there any medicine which apply on scalp Thru injections ?

There are many reasons for hair fall. So we do have to find the exact cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia /patterned baldness, telogen effluvium etc,and your friend might told regarding PRP/mesotherapy .There is no point in giving non specific treatment without finding the exact cause.Kindly share few pics of affected area and you may can consult me through online or via Clinic.
