Greetings.  You seem to be having early onset andro genetic alopecia.  This is common in those who are genetically predisposed to it, however, losing and thinning of hair early in adulthood can be depressing and may cause one to look older than one actually is. You'll need to see a qualified dermatologist near you.  Further use of hair growth promoting lotions under prescription is advisable. PRP therapy is a good option and promising results with same are seen. A diet rich in proteins, fruits and veggies is suggested. Avoid or stop smoking if u r a smoker.  Discuss these options with a qualified dermatologist  near you in detail. (Caution: do not be lured by unrealistic claims and offers by quacks who claim to be specialists in trichology n cosmetic sciences or even saloons. Make sure u are treated by a qualified dermatologist). Warm regards,  Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru .

In general, men with genetic hair loss at young age have following treatment options : 1. MINOXIDIL. This is a topical product you rub on your scalp. This drug helps stop hair loss in 30 % or so of men. 2. FINASTERIDE. This is not a topical medication but rather a "pill". Finasteride stops hair loss in 90% of men and can "improve" hair in 40%. Helps the top of the scalp (called the crown) AND the front too in young men.  Hair transplants are not an option at age 20 but may be toward 30
Next Steps
Continue the treatment.
