Hair loss has many causes
Including anaemia, as you told, it may be due to hormonal or malnutrition or local skin problem etc.
As you have suggested, it seems you have PCOS. Most of the time, I have seen ladies having hypothyroidism along with PCOS.
Please check your thyroid function.
Eat good, nutritious & well balanced food. Add green leafy vegetables in ur diet
Do some regular exercise.
Keep your hair & scalp clean.
Don't use harsh shampoos for your hair.
If you feel that you are anemic, you can take some iron supplements.
