Hair Loss On Small Part - I Suddenly Saw That Small Area On Back

I suddenly saw that small area on back side of head has no hair at all. I don't know when this happened to me and how. I didn't felt any pain or itching or kind of any allergic. I don't from when this space is empty... What could be the problem for the same.
