Hair loss and dry scalp

I am facing hair loss probably due to dry scalp and dandruff. This has been going on from few years . Can the hair be regrown and what could be the best possible remedies you can suggest .Also sometimes itching also happens on the scalp .

Anti dandruff medicated shampoos containing Ketoconozole and zinc pyrithione weekly thrice should be used. For hair loss use Minoxidil 5 % foam twice daily for 4 - 6 months.
