Hair loss men

Im 21. Im in stage 2 of male pattern baldness. It probably began in January 2016. Right now I lose less hair in the shower after shampoo, just 2-4. My doctor advised me minoxidil along sith hair serum and tablet multi-vitamin(biotin). Minoxidil only has effect as long as Im using it. But I cant be stuck on minoxidil forever. So if I stop minoxidil, will I be in a worse condition than before using it? Is it worth giving a try? People lose a lot of hair quickly once they stop minoxidil.

Hi. You have male pattern hair loss. It a progressive condition, if left untreated ll end up in baldness. So retain you hair as long as possible with medications like minoxidil n others Hair transplant is the only permanent solution,  if done at early stages. One should be ready for multiple transplants Thanks Dr Shivshankar Dermatologist n Hair transplant surgeon

At this stage you have to use minoxidil to arrest hair loss. Hair transplant is only permanent solution but not needed at your stage. Regards
