Hi, First of all thank you for reading this. Pls find the attached for the hair loss I am facing near my ear. Is there any treatment for the same. I tried some anti-infection cream for 20 days..but doesn't help I guess. Is there any cure for the same. Pls help. I am seeing some black small hair..but not sure what is that. -Ankur

You may be having alopecia areata. this is an autoimmune condition due to the attack of lymphocytes against hair roots. It results in the formation of bald patches on the scalp. It can affect any hairy area of the body also like eyebrows and beard. It has to be treated properly for long duration until the immunity comes down.
