Hair loss.
I am student in pune. I stay half the time at home and rest in the hostel . N i have noticed a very considerable amount of hair loss when I live and wash hair at my home . Earlier i did not worry much but the volume of hair loss is increasing at a considerate amount. Is this due to change in water quality. If yes, what should I do to save my hair ?

Hello, please do not get alarmed. losing 60 to upto 100 hair per day is normal. if hair loss is more than that or leaving you with bald patches or a significantly wider parting, then yes it should be treated. but first it should be analyzed well by a trichologist, who will be able to come to a definite diagnosis so as to what exactly is causing the hair loss.
