1. Eat healthy and on time 2. Sleep by 11 p.m. and get up by 6 a.m. 3. Exercise (at least 5 times a week ) 4. If you have a family history you will need long term treatment and follow ups , so a treatment on this forum will not help you. You will only waste your time. The first 3 points are very very important. They actually delay the baldness to a very great extent. So modify your style and visit a dermatologist .
