Castor oil causes irritation, which increases the blood flow to the scalp and this helps hair growth. But this is a very age old technique. Why use it when you have better options (allopathy)? Plus castor oil can cause severe irritation if used incorrectly and badly damaged the hair texture causing more hair fall. I suggest that you stop using it and start with coconut oil. Coconut oil is a better conditioning agent.
