Hair loss dandruff
From past 6 months I am facing hair loss dandruff and hair thinning .
The changes to my routine were
1. working in an office with AC
2. Started going to gym
3. Commute to office . A doctor prescribed 4 month course of expensive of pills shampoos oils and tests in a consultation which lasted 20 min. i am confused

hello there.
the treatment for such things are known to be expensive and takes time also.
you will have to continue the treatment and be patient.
