According to ayurveda faulty diet, fasting, irregular meals, excess salt, pickle, papad, wearing tight cap and working in excess hot conditions result in hair loss and premature greying. As suggested by previous doctor follow dietary restrictions and do nasya regularly. Yoga and meditation will help if done regularly. Surya namaskar ( sun salutation) has proved results in increasing blood circulation to scalp. Apply darunak oil and madhavi oil to scalp and hair at night and wash hair with ketoconazole shampoo twice every week. Best wishes!
