Hi your hair loss may be due to androgen alopecia or telogen effluem...first s due to excess hormones where as 2nd due to illnesses like typhoid etc in near past...scalp nourishment,multi vitamins,good food habits may help may require drugs to reduce hormones and topical agents to maintain hair pattern...consult dermatologist
