Hair loss at early age

Hello docs My age is 23, i am having hair loss specially on receding hair lines. I have consult one doctor and he told me its a pattern hair loss. After some more research i think it's androgenic alopecia. He has prescribed me Minoxidil , finasteride tablets. But i am concerned about the side effects. Can you recommend ayurveda or homeopathy treatment.

I am recommending you ayurvedic treatment. Make a mixture by adding powder Amala and bhringraj 100 gm each. Take 1 tsp of this mixture twice daily with water empty stomach. Use aloevere shampoo and dano oil and apply himalaya aloepaecia cream on bald patches Drink aloevera juce 40 ml twice daily empty stomach with water.
