I have a hair loss problem,daily more than 50 strands falling down with frizziness and scalp itching,and dry hair issue , but scalp secrets sebum not so high and not that low

There are multiple reasons for hair loss. 1. Age 2. Hormones 3. Vitamin deficiency 4. Addictions & Lifestyle 5. Weather You need to consult your physician. May require some investigations. If everything comes to be normal, You will have to start eating healthy. Increase protein in your diet. Eat biotin rich food. Take your vitamins daily. Start exercising. I’m sure scalp massage will also help in improving growth of new hair by increasing blood circulation. Can also use silk pillow covers to prevent breakage at night. Oiling hair once a week and leaving it overnight is also a method many advice. Many oils available that promote growth - onion seed, black seed, castor, almond, grape-seed oil, hibiscus oil. You can prepare your own concoction and use regularly. Many women cover their hair with a fuzzy sock over their hair and sleep on it overnight to prevent breakage. Hair masks once a week also helps.
