Hair loss (alopecia)
I am mbbs graduate I was diagnosed as autoimmune hepatitis(AIH) last yr Since then i am on immunosuppressants Prednisolone 5mg od Azathioprine 50mg bd Udiliv 300mg Its kind of steroid dependent AIH Tried to stop prednisolone but LFT raised In last 2-3 months my hair density has been significantly reduced in frontal bone area And also in vertex area But mehndi in frontal bone area Rest of the scalp have normal hair density Diagnosis for my hair loss and its treatment Is it reversible Due to immunosuppression I am staying at home and I am also not vaccinated kindly help
