Hair loss after reboundin

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Its been 1. 5 years since i get my hair rebounded. Bt now i have started loosing hair. I do use straightenner once in a week. But i do use heat protection hair spray. What should i do to stop hair fall. Please dont ask me to stop using hair straightener. Thanks
