Hair is too thin & skin so oily & dull

Hi, I am 28 years healthy man. From Last three years I am facing baldness from the front portion. In my childhood I had tremendous thickness bit now my hair are hardly stay. Last two years I have tried lots of medicine like Fallihair. Omega Oz, BTN Ultra, finpecia and tried a solutions of Halox lotion 60ml Micogent lotion 60ml Convert 10% lotion 60ml Tugain 10% lotion 60ml But these are not that much satisfied solution which I am looking for. Also, I become more black complexion which I wasn't . My skin is too much oily and sun ray affective. Please suggest some solution.please
