3 Month back I have decided to lose my weight so, I reduce the quantity and eat majorly home food 2 times a day like in morning (milk, 2 chapati and 1 bowl green vegetable) and night (2 chapati and 1 bowl green vegetable/pulses normal homemade food etc) and I have also started doing 5 min exercise or 30 min walking to build my habit At that time my weight was nearly 78 kg now it's somewhere around Less then 76 kg.
I can see my hairs started falling a lot even I can see white lines in my scalp.
It would be great if you could share your valuable experience on this problem what should I do I'm just 25 year old ?
