The things which you eat are not properly digested. the indigested food is transformed into toxins and these toxins are absorbed in the main stream. due to this you might be facing this problems.
Detoxification of you body is recommended.
maintain proper diet.
eat on time. 8.30-12.30-4-8 pm should be your food timings.
avoid spicy and junk food.
don't exercise till your digestion is good.
eat 1/2 the quantity of afternoon in night.
visit your nearest ayurved physician as earliest as you need medication also.
