Hair fall problem
I m having excess hairfall pls suggest me a good shampoo or oil 🙏 m diet is not tat great my hemoglobin is 11. I m planning to use indulekha would tat b good option, which shampoo or hair spray or hair care products to b used pls help me... 🙏

Oil n shampoo has no role in preventing hairfall or growing new hairs....it seems u r suffering from telogen effluvium would request u to opt for online consultation as to understand the root cause n treatment.
