Hello,
Hair fall upto 25-100 per day is normal. More than 100 hairs per day need medical attention. There are different pattern, types of hair loss and a variety of causes. For a male patient of your age, Seborrhoea, Tenia capitis ( a fungal infection),  emotional stress, fever,  certain medications are common cause.
For proper diagnosis you need to elaborate detail history.
Anyway in my opinion you should consult a Skin Specialist ( Dermatologist ) for proper diagnosis and treatment. Hope for a quick recovery.
thank you.

Hi
It's very unfortunate that you are facing this problem...it can be androgenic alopecia which is due to excess of male hormones...or telogen effluem...try to have healthy diet at regular intervals, drink more water, manage stressful situations smoothly if possible avoid them, biotin supplements helps you...you will require topical agents like minoxidil which will maintain hair density and also helps in new hair growth...consult dermatologist they will do the needful..
