Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach.

In order to increase hair density you can try head massage with any ayurvedic oil week once for 5-6weeks along with nasya karma. Dnt take head bath soon after the massage you can leave it for 7-8hrs and take head bath
