1. I feel that you have procrastinated taking treatment. Therefore please visit an allopathic dermatologist as soon as your time permits. 2. Since I haven't seen the state of your hair and the grade of baldness it is difficult to say why you are having hair fall in the first place. There are different grades of baldness and more severe the grade the response in terms of hair growth is average . So start treatment sooner. If commercial cosmetics (like you mentioned) would have worked , everyone in India at least would have had great hair! Please understand the gimmicks of marketing and do not follow them blindly. 3. Hair transplant is not the solution to all hair fall problems as is marketed these days. It is important to STOP THE HAIR FALL and then think of options. Cost of hair transplant varies according to dermatologists. PLEASE go to an allopathic dermatologist and no one else for this , is my sincere and honest opinion . Do not fall prey to quick fix solutions for hair fall treatment. The treatment can take as much as 1 year and even after that you will have to MAINTAIN your hair growth as per the dermatologists advise.
