Hair fall due to alopecia areata
I am suffer from alopecia areata i lost alot of hair and my hair density is decreasing day by day I am using minoxidil and finasteride, can you suggest me if I shave my head it can help for prevent my hair on temporary or not and shaving head has any benifit or drawback for me please suggest me.
