Hair fall and thinning

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am a patient of SLE from 2002 and on steroids, but from past 2 years my Hair have started falling off and have become very weak from roots and also thin.2 years back my hair was very strong and I had almost 10 times the hair I have now. I have consulted many doctors but they say SLE treatment is causing hair fall but SLE I have from 2002 and hairfall has started 2 years back and very fast. I used recapil,hair redenser, keraxl, creastim, vogtin serums but no good. Please suggest good treatment.
