Greetings. Firstly for boils - you may be having recurrent folliculitis which may be of fungal or bacterial etiology. So you shall see a qualified dermatologist and seek treatment with shampoos / oral medications. For hair fall, you may be suffering from androgenetic alopecia. You'll need treatment with Minoxidil based lotions. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
