Hair fall and dandruff

Hello doc, this is Krishna, age 22. I had serious dandruff problem. The white puff is all on my head and visible very clear to all. I seen that my hair also falling due to this issue. I had curly hairs. When I have more hairs on my head its leads to head ache. Then when I made a neat hair cut I didn't noticed this problem. Give me ans for this also. Another problem is when I eat any spicy food or hot food, I am getting very itching on my head. Is this any problem?? Pls answer me
