Hi , thanks for asking this question, please try using any ketaconazole based shampoo like Scalpe at least once in 3 days for 4 weeks and once or twice a week for maintenance. Hopefully It should controll bad smell and hair fall for you. Consult your dermatologist if the condition persists.
