Hair dye allergy
I had applied hair dye on sunday and since tue I am having severe itching redness and raised wheals on my upper back below hairline, ear lobes and bit of forehead and neck.. I have been taking a combination of Bilastine and monteleukast but it isn't reducing... what else should I take? Any calming lotion or shampoo? Can I take deflacort to decrease the inflammation? Or hydrocort creams?

If it very troublesome and not controlled with antihistamines , you can take short course of oral steroids under supervision of a dermatologist.
If there is redness, oozing etc you can apply steroid lotions
