Greetings. If you wish to use hair color you could definitely use . just that many lotions that are used on hair can cause the hair color to dilute or wear off sooner. Apart from that if you don't have hair color allergy there shouldn't be any problem in using color as well as that medication. Hope this helps. Warm regards
