Hair care advice
Hello Doctor, I've been facing this hair thinning and lossing few hair on the front sides! and my hair is not so good since when I continually shaved my head like 2 times per month. I thought doing that may result thicken my hair but it made my hair look worse then before it is on a side note I really think reason behind my hair thinning is my late night sleep and food habits! And it's not male pattern baldness I hope because my crown area looks good only the front and sides are not so good. Does vitamins supplements help to make my hair healthy again or consulting doctor will help? And what diet will make my hair healthy. Please advise. Thank you

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing androgenetic alopecia.. treatment depends on the grade of hair loss..it has got seven grades.so, medicine depends on the grade..it's possible to get the hair growing back by Medicine..not to worry...even baldness can be made normal... send photos of your scalp for proper diagnosis and treatment.
