I had bloating problem only, but when I visited an MD Gastroenterology he asked me for endoscopy and colonoscopy. There was nothing in endoscopy but in colonoscopy he found grade 1 small internal haemorrhoids. He said that if I want, then he will remove them by internal piles banding.he did my internal haemorrhoids banding.
I want to know is it was necessary to do so at the age of 24,because I had some complications afterwards? Is not the doctor money minded.

Firstly we need to clear what is the cause of your bloating. Piles is not the cause of BLOATING.
Endoscopy a nd colonoscopy both or any one may be needed to diagnose cause of BLOATING sometimes but that depends on what SYMPTOMS you have.
Piles Treatment varies. Banding is helpful in grade 1 to grade 2 piles.
